Beautiful Lala Anthony has joined the league of authors. The actress and Mtv Vj just launched her first book. Its a self help book and is about love, sex and happiness. She shares her experience on all these topics and gives advice on how to improve your personal life.
She has been on different television shows to promote the book titled "The Love Playbook". Some pages of the book are shared above to give an insight on how educative and entertaining it is. Lala has been on television shows like Good Morning America and The View where she took pictures with Whoopi Goldberg who is a co-presenter on the show. Lala has also been to different states for book signing and on one occasion was joined by Kelly Rowland. The book is selling out in stores already.
