I am glad they worked it out at the end. By now, we’ve all seen the viral video of Wendy Williams bursting into tears in the middle of her “Hot Topics” segment, while declaring that her 13-year-old son Kevin doesn’t like her anymore. During the emotional confession, she claimed her son has been giving her mad attitude lately, and is favoring his father over his career-oriented mom.
After the show aired, it was unclear how her son would react to her calling him out on national TV, but things seemed to have worked out better than if they had attended a counseling session.
Yesterday, Wendy stopped by The View to reveal what caused her on-air meltdown, as well as how her son responded. She dished:

The day after the episode aired, Wendy said Kevin made her a homemade card, where he listed the five things he loves about her.

So glad that worked out for her and hopefully their relationship will only grow stronger!
