Rob Kardashian resurfaced for the first time in weeks in Malibu, Calif., on Sunday, July 27. The struggling reality star was photographed hanging out at the family's beach house wearing his typical uniform of a baggy black T-shirt, black shorts, and baseball cap. The 27-year-old, who has been battling various issues in recent months, has been the center of attention on the current season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. On the July 27 episode, mom Kris Jenner admitted she cries herself to sleep over Rob, telling Kim, "It's the worst feeling in the world when one of your kids isn't in a good place."
Viewers learned on the July 20 episode that Rob failed to show up at the airport to join the family on their vacation to Thailand. After Kim revealed she has no "sympathy" for her struggling brother, Jenner admitted she's at a loss with not being able to "fix" her only son.
"I want to fix Rob and sometimes you just can't," the mother of six said on KUWTK. "I have not not cried myself to sleep in so long that I don't even know what that's like."
"You don't think it's torture for me to be here in Thailand and have him at home?" she added through tears. "I can't control someone else's behavior and I have to learn how to deal with that."
Rob has been MIA for a number of his family's recent occasions, and even skipped out early on Kim's May wedding to Kanye West.
