Ingredient
Goat meat, smoked fish and or chicken (precooked)
2 cubes Maggi
¼ cup crayfish powder
Salt to taste
Pounded yam paste (1/4 cup)
Dried pepper – To taste
Uyayak Pod (Aidan Fruit) – 1 inch
Uyayak Pod.
Direction
Combine the goat meat, chicken, chili, blended crayfish, salt, maggi, uyayak and smoked fish. Add 1.5 cups of water. Set on medium heat. Simmer for 20 minutes
Add in the pounded yam paste, combine thoroughly to thicken the soup . Simmer for another 10 minutes.
Your soup is ready to serve. Enjoy
