Tastebuds: Crispy Chicken (KFC Chicken)


For KFC chicken addicts and lovers like me, i am bringing a new recipe today to teach you just how to prepare the world famous crispy chicken. The crispy chicken is very yummy that it would get you girl, man or kids asking for more. #wink


Ingredients 
1 whole chicken, cut, washed and seasoned. (You should season and steam the chicken)
6-8 Cups of cooking oil (Frying)
1 or 2 eggs beaten
1 tin of milk
2 cups of baking flour
3 table spoons of grinded dry pepper 
3/4 teaspoon of msg
3/4 teaspoon of baking powder 
1/8 teaspoon of Paprika powder
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder 


Method 
1. Trim excess fat and skin from the chicken. 
2. Combine the beaten eggs and milk in a bowl.
3. Mix flour, msg, salt and pepper in another bowl.
4. Drain the excess liquid in the chicken.
5. Then dip a piece of chicken in the egg & milk mixture then into the flour mixture. Repeat this process till the chicken is completely covered with both mixture and thick as you like. Place it neatly on a tray and avoid placing them on each other. 
6. Heat the cooking oil and deep fry the chicken bit by bit. Avoid putting too much chicken in the sauce pan. 
7. Remove after 4 minutes when it is golden brown. Drain the oil and serve.
You can serve the crispy chicken with fried/ grilled potatoes chips and fried rice or eat it alone.
