Controversial singer, Dencia, has promised Director General of the National Agency for Food And Drug Administration (NAFDAC), Paul Orhili a law suit if he does not leave her alone. The DG had threatened to arrest the singer if she steps into the country. The declaration was made by Orhili at a conference held in Lagos last week.
Reacting to the arrest threat through her representative, Lorenzo, Dencia told Encomium that the DG boss cannot arrest a US citizen.
Lorenzo disclosed that the agency boss could be sued for defamation, stating that the dark spot removal product is neither a drug nor food.
“Whitenicious is not made in Nigeria and has no connections with Nigeria. Doesn’t Nigeria have more problems than worry about Dencia?” she questioned.
Speaking further, she said, “how do you arrest a US citizen? African leaders need to focus on Africa and stop joining the bandwagon for fame. When did the dark spot remover cause cancer? He better shut his mouth up before I file a lawsuit against him for defaming my client or her business and he will prove what he said.”
