Reality television star Kim Kardashian transformed herself to ugly Betty to prank fans and test their loyalty. She turned out looking so different from the glamorous Kim.
However, the reality TV star's makeover is all for Wendy Williams' new TV show Celebrities Undercover, which sees stars using prosthetic make-up to cover up their true identity to test their fans loyalty according to Dailymail.
Kim transformed into her alter-ego Cynthia, who had a slight resemblance to TV character Ugly Betty, for the programme and then set about trying to trick three of her female fans.
Kim eventually had to come clean to her fans and reveal she was Cynthia when she moved from her office to her own house and her sister Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Scott Disick showed up.
However, before the 33-year-old star could whip off her wig and false teeth, Kourtney started quizzing her as Cynthia and didn't even recognise it was her sibling.
Wendy, who is executive producer on the show, previously said: 'The celebrities featured in the series threw themselves into their undercover roles with passion and a ton of humour, giving viewers a new, highly entertaining spin on their public personas.'
