Émotions Déchaînées (Unchained emotions): When A Man’s Heart Bleeds!!!

African men have been raised with the notion that it is only a weak ling that cries. To see a black man cry over a woman, he must love her very much and been badly hurt.
Women keep talking about being betrayed and having their hearts broken but no one has ever thought about the men who were jilted by the women they trusted. It takes a man, a lot of time to love and trust a woman. If he ever gets hurt, he would run back into his shell and never love again in some cases. Some even become rebellious and hurt everyone they know.

Here are a few ways to know Mr A (name for any man) has been hurt and has cried;
1. He says all women are the same and he would rather not date. He is anti-dating, he would rather be alone than try to associate with a woman. He spends his spare time alone or with his friends.
2. He is an MVP (most valuable player), he has one night stands and flings with several women. He tries not to bond with anyone and whenever any woman tries to get closer, he pushes her away. He tells her from the start he wants nothing serious, if she's game they get down and if not, she walks away.
3. He wants kids but not a wifey. He is ready to pay any lady to have kids for him but he wants no marriage. He would do anything for his kids but avoid their mother in a romantic way.

4. He keeps lots of female friends and would even hang out with them. He even goes the extra mile of scaring off prospective dates by flirting with a female friend in public or pretend he is gay.
5. He is your boyfriend's friend who laughs at you and your man. He sees no good in dating. He would never encourage anyone to date or remain lovers. Relationships are a big NO to him and he would thrash it. He would give your man a thousand reasons while being single is better than being in a relationship. This man has been so hurt that he rubs his fear of dating on others.
6. He is unpredictable, Mr A and you have been speaking on phone and chatting constantly for a month, then suddenly he starts being cold. You call and he hardly ever picks up. You send messages and it takes him days or hours to respond. This man who has been a buddy and who you thought was already having emotional feelings for you is gradually becoming a stranger. There you are wondering what you did wrong. My darling, you did nothing to him. Mr A is going through the Withdrawal syndrome. He has been so hurt that he feels that running away from getting close to a woman is the best.

7. He is the co-worker or boss who never smiles. He puts in all he has into his work and grows in his career speedily. Mr A is the nerd who everyone calls a Kill-Joy. He keeps to himself and lives in a world of his own.
8. He drinks and party hard. Mr A is the life of the party. The Baba Jaiye Jaiye ( Party rocker, enjoyment master) you know. He looks forward to friday all week and he boozes like a fish. All the bouncers in clubs know him, he is the life of any party in an out of town. Deep down is a broken man. He has cried and decided to live life to the fullest. Please before you start judging him, know the face behind the mask.

A broken man is worse than a broken woman. When a woman betrays the trust of a man, he either walks away, revenges or remind her at every chance he gets. There is nothing more heartbreaking than the cry of a man. Most women have been hurt by a man who has cried or has been the reason why a man has cried. Either way, i pray every woman who is going through the pain cursed by a broken man, is healed. I advice you do not force yourself on him. Let him heal gradually and try to be friendly without being desperate or rude.

To every man who i and other women have made cry, i apologise and i hope you get off the road of self-destruction. No woman is worth hurting your self over. Life is beautiful and love is refreshing. See the beauty of love again and do not let your ugly experience let you give up. Forgive those who hurt you and if you can, let her back in your life but if you cannot let her go. Do not punish another woman for what ur ex did to you. No one deserves to be hurt for loving you. You might not get THE ONE on your first attempt but keep trying and you surely will soon.
I wish every heart broken and crushed man out there the strength and love they deserve in 2016. I love you all #hugs.

Olamide Apologies To Fans Over Feud With Don Jazzy

Top Nigerian artiste Olamide has sent an apology note to his fans on instagram after he and popular music producer / CEO of Mavins Records were involved in a banter of words. The drama ensued after Olamide said his artiste Lil Kesh deserved the Next Rated award at The Headies 2015 but instead Mavins record artiste Reekado Banks won.

Don Jazzy also replied and said "Egbon Olamide you can come and get the car" (SUV that came with the award). Well drama went on online with both parties and their supporters blowing things out of proportion.
New year drama #hehehe. Well i love both artistes and i hope they resolve their issues.

Relationship Zone: 9 Definite Signs Your Man Does NOT Take You For Granted

My first relationship post on the blog this year is from relationship expert Derrick Jaxn. I hope you learn a few things from it.

Your good man  understands that you don't want perfection, you want effort and he's never going to tell you that you're asking too much by requiring him to keep his promises that HE made when he was first trying to win your heart. He may not have all the answers but he's going to be with you trying to figure it out when he doesn't. As hard as good men are to find, they can be just as hard to recognize, but his actions will speak loud and clear that he's not like the others.

      1. He Doesn't Fault You For What You've Been Through
You've been hurt. So has he. So when you have trust issues, he doesn't try to make you feel guilty about them. He puts in the work it takes to earn your trust and separates himself from those in your past that way instead of just talking about how he's not them.
      2.  He Prays for You Before He Prays for Himself
Everything about him is selfless including his time with God. He's thinking of you and he takes the well-being of your soul so seriously, that he's already requesting your blessings and protection before his own.
3. He Shows You Off Without Even Trying To
No, I'm not just talking about on Instagram and Facebook. He's not trying to prove anything. I'm talking about in everything he does, he wants you there. He needs you by his side or things just don't feel right. And you don't have to beg or plead. You come up in every conversation with his boys, his family, and even complete strangers to the point they have to say, "Damn, you really love this woman huh?"

4. His Plans With You Are

Long Term, and He Speaks of a Future With You Often
He doesn't run from the conversation on marriage, he starts it. He likes the idea of having children and playfully talks about what they might look like and possible names and proud moments he can't wait to have. With you.
5. He'd Doesn't Put Himself In Compromising Situations With Other Women
This seems tricky to the guy who's still young, but for any man; these situations scare him. He doesn't claim to be perfect or invincible, in fact he knows better. So he does whatever's necessary to keep himself from even being in a situation that may LOOK like something it shouldn't be.
6. He Gets Aggravated by Not Being With You, Instead of Telling You He Needs To Get Away
When he's out, he's texting you. Probably offending coworkers and homeboys but he doesn't care. He's ready to come home early and get back to his quality time with you. Easily irritated by anyone or anything that tries to hold him longer.

7. Before Asking YOU for Something, He's Already Asked if You Need Anything From Him
Again, he's selfless. He didn't know he was until he fell in love with you. But before barking out demands and requests the moment you get home from work, he's already trying to take your coat and massage your shoulders. Asking if you if you ate. Asking you if you want to take a nap and then asking if rubbing your feet will help you fall asleep faster.
8. When You Get Angry, His First Response is Trying to Understand, Not Defensiveness
Communication may have never been his forte, but in his ongoing effort to love you better, he's gotten pretty damn good at it. The moment he notices that you're visibly bothered by something he's done or said, he doesn't blame you. He looks at what he could have done to cause it and even if he can't see where he went wrong, he lets you know that how you feel about is important and because of that he's going to work to fix it. And he keeps his word.
9. He PLANS Dates for the Two of You Ahead of Time, Because He Takes Your Time Seriously
This is a big one. If he can plan to be in front of the TV on football Sunday, he can plan to take you out on the night before. Don't be the part of his week he'll get to when/if he feels like it, be what he can't wait to get to so he already planned ahead and reserved time for.

Entyna's World Blog Is 2!!!

Hurray! Entyna's world blog is two years old today and it seems just like yesterday when this vision was created. I started off knowing little or nothing on how to design and create a blog but God was/is/has been faithful.
Writing has always been my passion and finally having a chance to share my thoughts was awesome. I was glad when family, friends and even strangers commended me, it made me strive to work harder. Whenever i was out and got introduced as a blogger, i always felt a sense of pride and achievement.

Like every career, Blogging has it's own downside. First you spend heavily on data bundles, we all know service providers are yet to offer friendly data packages. It was crazy spending so much and getting no financial returns. Google adsense kept turning down my advert request and individuals who wanted their products to be advertised on the blog all wanted a free job. Trust Nigerians and how they would scope (plead) to give them free tickets, even at your detriments. Who doesn't love freebies lol, but at least a discount is also good (which i tried to offer). Then after a year and some months of constant blogging, i started experiencing Writer's Block. That is one of the worse things that can happen to any writer/blogger. I tried several times to get inspired but i just could not and on rare occasions when i did, i would pen down something for the blog. During this period, i got calls, mails and even got attacked verbally by Entyna's world blog faithfuls for staying away from blogging. I am sorry for failing you all, i promise to overcome my challenges this new year.

As the blog turns 2 today, i give all glory to God for his faithfulness and kindness. I thank my family, friends and those i have never met who have supported me from day 1 to day 730. To my celebrity friends who featured me on their social networks to promote the blog, to Shoggy Tosh who gave my blog it's first magazine coverage in his popular UK magazine, i thank you all. I pray as you celebrate with me, God would never let celebrations depart from your household this new year and forever.
Thanks and i love you all. God bless you all!!!

Émotions Déchaînées (Unchained emotions): Why Should I Be Grateful???

Hello everyone, I bet you are all doing fine. I Am sorry for not being regular on the blog as before, hope to make it up to you with loads of entertaining posts.
2015 has been a fulfilling year and we all have a lot to be thankful for no matter what the year threw at us. I know someone out there would be saying what are You talking about, I lost a lot this year and gained nothing. Why should I be grateful? I am going to ask you few questions and then I would be expecting you to answer honestly.

1. Did you wake up this morning? ( you must be alive to read this #smile)
2. Are you physically  and mentally fit?
3. Do you have a roof over your head?
4. Have you eaten at least one meal today?
If your answer is yes to this any of these questions,  then my love please thank God for wHere you were and where You are now. When you recount God's doings in your life, He blesses you more. Always remember there are people out there who look up to you and there are those who would give anything to have your life.

Yes maybe you did Not buy your dream car thIs year but at least you have a car or Your LEGEDIS BENZ (your legs) to take you from one place to another.
Maybe you wanted to rent, build or buy a house but you are still squatting , be thankful you have someWhere warm to lay your head at night not the cold sidewalk  someone has made his home for months/years.
You have been in a relationship for years and just when you are looking forward to being married, she calls it quit. Remember a broken relationship Is better than a broken marriage.
You could not save up the amount you wanted in your account, so what my dear. Do you know now many billionaires lay in their graves. You are alive and Nothing else beats that gift.
For those of us who lost a friend or family member, I pray God comforts us. Still we should be thankful for the loved ones still in our lives who though Had near death experiences but still God spared them.
Each day we wake up, we all under one attack or the other But God protects us. We all face a thousand ways  to die, yet our heavenly father protects and preserves our lives.
I encourage you to be thankful to God and to believe God can still perform an 11th hour miracle in your life before the 31St of this month.

As we close the curtains of 2015, let us Do so with a thankful heart. Share joy and love. Appreciate everything and everyone.  I am grateful for life, family, friends, laughter, tears shed, love, heart breaks, mistakes, disappointments, achievements, failures and a lot more.
I love you all and wish  you a happy yuletide season.

Émotions Déchaînées (Unchained emotions): It Is Not Over Until It Is Over

We have all at one time in our life or another been disappointed or given up on getting or achieving a goal. Two days back i was going through instagram when i saw photos of Nollywood actress Susan Peters' wedding. I went down memory lane and remembered how she had been mocked on social networks for being single at an advanced age (according to silly people who think any woman above 30 years old is long overdue for marriage). I always loved her spirit and how she ignored a lot of backlash and cyber-bullying. I have never met Susan but she is a living proof that God would put those who mock us to shame.

Back to where i started from, overcoming disappointments or trying to reach your goal is not easy. Sometimes the trials and travails of life pulls you back and you feel like laying there to cry your eyes out. Sometimes you feel the world has forgotten you and you are undesirable, get over it my darling. Remember, it is not over until it is over. Sometimes God denies us of certain things because he has something better to give us or to save us from certain misfortune.

Take my friend Dennis for instance, he had a job in a new generation bank, the pay was good, his fortune changed in a year for the better. Dennis had been unemployed 3 years after his NYSC. While working one day, his boss requested to see him. On getting there he met three police officers and two of his colleagues. There had been a case of missing funds in the company and poor Dennis had been set up by his envious colleagues who were responsible for the theft. He was arrested and kept in prison for three months and while he was there, one day he met a lady who was a member of a missionary group that visits prisons. Lisa took interest in Dennis case after he narrated his ordeal to her during her visit. She promised to get back to him and for 2 months Dennis heard nothing from her, he had given up hope of ever being released or having his case heard by a judge. It was like God had forgotten him, then one day he got a message that he had been released and a letter was handed to him. While Dennis had thought all hope was lost, Lisa had been trying hard to seek justice for him. The people who set him up had confessed and were now in police custody. Unknown to him, Lisa was the daughter of an ambassador to Nigeria. After Dennis left prison, he and Lisa reunited and he got a far better job with a multinational firm in Canada even though his old employers wanted him back, he got something far better than they could have ever offered. Dennis started earning in 2 months what he would have earned in 1 year if he had remained in that bank. He and Lisa remains good friends till date.

Moral of both stories is that no matter how difficult life is, it could have been worse. Do not give up on life because you are not seeing any positive change at the moment. We see gold jewelry and we admire it but we forget the fire and pounding it goes through to reach that glam stage we cherish. Life is a gift and each morning when we open our eyes, God gives us a new gift (Life). We are human and sometimes we wonder why A is happy and has all going for him but u aren't, i tell you my sister, all would be well soon and very soon. Even when we are faced with physical, emotional, health, financial, academic and spiritual challenges, we should never give up on life or love.

N.B. Thanks for reading and i am sorry for being away for long. I have been attending French school and also facing personal challenges. I love you all and i pray to serve you better with the new section "Émotions Déchaînées ( Unchained emotions)." No one is so strong that he/she needs nobody else. If you need a friend to talk to to, a shoulder to lean on, words of encouragement to offer, share with me today. I give free hugs and i am always willing to listen.
Send an email to entyna90@gmail.com, with the title Unchained emotions.
Thanks.
Love you!

"I Belong To Everybody And I Belong To Nobody"- President Muhammadu Buhari's Inauguaration Speech

Inaugural speech by His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari following his swearing-in as President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on 29th May, 2015
I am immensely grateful to God Who Has preserved us to witness this day and this occasion. Today marks a triumph for Nigeria and an occasion to celebrate her freedom and cherish her democracy. Nigerians have shown their commitment to democracy and are determined to entrench its culture. Our journey has not been easy but thanks to the determination of our people and strong support from friends abroad we have today a truly democratically elected government in place.
I would like to thank President Goodluck Jonathan for his display of statesmanship in setting a precedent for us that has now made our people proud to be Nigerians wherever they are. With the support and cooperation he has given to the transition process, he has made it possible for us to show the world that despite the perceived tension in the land we can be a united people capable of doing what is right for our nation. Together we co-operated to surprise the world that had come to expect only the worst from Nigeria. I hope this act of graciously accepting defeat by the outgoing President will become the standard of political conduct in the country.
I would like to thank the millions of our supporters who believed in us even when the cause seemed hopeless. I salute their resolve in waiting long hours in rain and hot sunshine to register and cast their votes and stay all night if necessary to protect and ensure their votes count and were counted. I thank those who tirelessly carried the campaign on the social media. At the same time, I thank our other countrymen and women who did not vote for us but contributed to make our democratic culture truly competitive, strong and definitive.
I thank all of you.
Having just a few minutes ago sworn on the Holy Book, I intend to keep my oath and serve as President to all Nigerians.
I belong to everybody and I belong to nobody.
A few people have privately voiced fears that on coming back to office I shall go after them. These fears are groundless. There will be no paying off old scores. The past is prologue.
Our neighbours in the Sub-region and our African brethenen should rest assured that Nigeria under our administration will be ready to play any leadership role that Africa expects of it. Here I would like to thank the governments and people of Cameroon, Chad and Niger for committing their armed forces to fight Boko Haram in Nigeria.
I also wish to assure the wider international community of our readiness to cooperate and help to combat threats of cross-border terrorism, sea piracy, refugees and boat people, financial crime, cyber crime, climate change, the spread of communicable diseases and other challenges of the 21st century.
At home we face enormous challenges. Insecurity, pervasive corruption, the hitherto unending and seemingly impossible fuel and power shortages are the immediate concerns. We are going to tackle them head on. Nigerians will not regret that they have entrusted national responsibility to us. We must not succumb to hopelessness and defeatism. We can fix our problems.
In recent times Nigerian leaders appear to have misread our mission. Our founding fathers, Mr Herbert Macauley, Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe, Chief Obafemi Awolowo, Alhaji Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto, Alhaji Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, Malam Aminu Kano, Chief J.S. Tarka, Mr Eyo Ita, Chief Denis Osadeby, Chief Ladoke Akintola and their colleagues worked to establish certain standards of governance. They might have differed in their methods or tactics or details, but they were united in establishing a viable and progressive country. Some of their successors behaved like spoilt children breaking everything and bringing disorder to the house.
Furthermore, we as Nigerians must remind ourselves that we are heirs to great civilizations: Shehu Othman Dan fodio’s caliphate, the Kanem Borno Empire, the Oyo Empire, the Benin Empire and King Jaja’s formidable domain. The blood of those great ancestors flow in our veins. What is now required is to build on these legacies, to modernize and uplift Nigeria.
Daunting as the task may be it is by no means insurmountable. There is now a national consensus that our chosen route to national development is democracy. To achieve our objectives we must consciously work the democratic system. The Federal Executive under my watch will not seek to encroach on the duties and functions of the Legislative and Judicial arms of government. The law enforcing authorities will be charged to operate within the Constitution. We shall rebuild and reform the public service to become more effective and more serviceable. We shall charge them to apply themselves with integrity to stabilize the system.
For their part the legislative arm must keep to their brief of making laws, carrying out over-sight functions and doing so expeditiously. The judicial system needs reform to cleanse itself from its immediate past. The country now expects the judiciary to act with dispatch on all cases especially on corruption, serious financial crimes or abuse of office. It is only when the three arms act constitutionally that government will be enabled to serve the country optimally and avoid the confusion all too often bedeviling governance today.
Elsewhere relations between Abuja and the States have to be clarified if we are to serve the country better. Constitutionally there are limits to powers of each of the three tiers of government but that should not mean the Federal Government should fold its arms and close its eyes to what is going on in the states and local governments. Not least the operations of the Local Government Joint Account. While the Federal Government can not interfere in the details of its operations it will ensure that the gross corruption at the local level is checked. As far as the constitution allows me I will try to ensure that there is responsible and accountable governance at all levels of government in the country. For I will not have kept my own trust with the Nigerian people if I allow others abuse theirs under my watch.
However, no matter how well organized the governments of the federation are they can not succeed without the support, understanding and cooperation of labour unions, organized private sector, the press and civil society organizations. I appeal to employers and workers alike to unite in raising productivity so that everybody will have the opportunity to share in increased prosperity. The Nigerian press is the most vibrant in Africa. My appeal to the media today – and this includes the social media – is to exercise its considerable powers with responsibility and patriotism.
My appeal for unity is predicated on the seriousness of the legacy we are getting into. With depleted foreign reserves, falling oil prices, leakages and debts the Nigerian economy is in deep trouble and will require careful management to bring it round and to tackle the immediate challenges confronting us, namely; Boko Haram, the Niger Delta situation, the power shortages and unemployment especially among young people. For the longer term we have to improve the standards of our education. We have to look at the whole field of medicare. We have to upgrade our dilapidated physical infrastructure.
The most immediate is Boko Haram’s insurgency. Progress has been made in recent weeks by our security forces but victory can not be achieved by basing the Command and Control Centre in Abuja. The command centre will be relocated to Maiduguri and remain until Boko Haram is completely subdued. But we can not claim to have defeated Boko Haram without rescuing the Chibok girls and all other innocent persons held hostage by insurgents.
This government will do all it can to rescue them alive. Boko Haram is a typical example of small fires causing large fires. An eccentric and unorthodox preacher with a tiny following was given posthumous fame and following by his extra judicial murder at the hands of the police. Since then through official bungling, negligence, complacency or collusion Boko Haram became a terrifying force taking tens of thousands of lives and capturing several towns and villages covering swathes of Nigerian sovereign territory.
Boko Haram is a mindless, godless group who are as far away from Islam as one can think of. At the end of the hostilities when the group is subdued the Government intends to commission a sociological study to determine its origins, remote and immediate causes of the movement, its sponsors, the international connexions to ensure that measures are taken to prevent a reccurrence of this evil. For now the Armed Forces will be fully charged with prosecuting the fight against Boko haram. We shall overhaul the rules of engagement to avoid human rights violations in operations. We shall improve operational and legal mechanisms so that disciplinary steps are taken against proven human right violations by the Armed Forces.
Boko Haram is not only the security issue bedeviling our country. The spate of kidnappings, armed robberies, herdsmen/farmers clashes, cattle rustlings all help to add to the general air of insecurity in our land. We are going to erect and maintain an efficient, disciplined people – friendly and well – compensated security forces within an over – all security architecture.
The amnesty programme in the Niger Delta is due to end in December, but the Government intends to invest heavily in the projects, and programmes currently in place. I call on the leadership and people in these areas to cooperate with the State and Federal Government in the rehabilitation programmes which will be streamlined and made more effective. As ever, I am ready to listen to grievances of my fellow Nigerians. I extend my hand of fellowship to them so that we can bring peace and build prosperity for our people.
No single cause can be identified to explain Nigerian’s poor economic performance over the years than the power situation. It is a national shame that an economy of 180 million generates only 4,000MW, and distributes even less. Continuous tinkering with the structures of power supply and distribution and close on $20b expanded since 1999 have only brought darkness, frustration, misery, and resignation among Nigerians. We will not allow this to go on. Careful studies are under way during this transition to identify the quickest, safest and most cost-effective way to bring light and relief to Nigerians.
Unemployment, notably youth un-employment features strongly in our Party’s Manifesto. We intend to attack the problem frontally through revival of agriculture, solid minerals mining as well as credits to small and medium size businesses to kick – start these enterprises. We shall quickly examine the best way to revive major industries and accelerate the revival and development of our railways, roads and general infrastructure.
Your Excellencies, My fellow Nigerians I can not recall when Nigeria enjoyed so much goodwill abroad as now. The messages I received from East and West, from powerful and small countries are indicative of international expectations on us. At home the newly elected government is basking in a reservoir of goodwill and high expectations. Nigeria therefore has a window of opportunity to fulfill our long – standing potential of pulling ourselves together and realizing our mission as a great nation.
Our situation somehow reminds one of a passage in Shakespeare’s Julius Ceasar
There is a tide in the affairs of men which,
taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life,
Is bound in shallows and miseries.
We have an opportunity. Let us take it.
Thank you
Muhammadu Buhari
President Federal Republic of NIGERIA
and Commander in-chief-of the Armed forces

Change Is Here!!! The Inauguration Of President Muhammadu Buhari

Following his victory at the recent Presidential election, Muhammadu Buhari was in as Nigeria’s president today.
He is taking over from Goodluck Jonathan who has led the country since the death of Umaru Musa Yar’Adua in 2010.
His swearing-in makes history as Nigeria’s first switch of power from a ruling party to an opposition.
Mr. Jonathan’s Peoples Democratic Party has ruled Nigeria since 1999 when the country returned to democracy. Mr. Buhari belongs to the All Progressives Congress.
It will also be Mr. Buhari’s second time ruling Nigeria. He seized power through a military coup in 1983 but was toppled by another coup in 1985.

The change in governance which Nigerians have yearned for is finally here and the citizens and residents are praying for a better NIGERIA.
Here are photos from the inaugural event which saw world leaders, ex-leaders, foreign and national executive officers, friends and family members of the newly elected leader in attendance. The event was anchored by Soni Irabor. Fuji king KWAM 1 and singing duo P Square blessed the crowd with their lovely songs.
