Peaches Geldof Death: No Sign of Drugs or Suicide Note, Police Say Death Not Suspicious

Following the sudden loss of British socialite and TV personality Peaches Geldof, police are still investigating the cause of her death. According to the Daily Mail, local authorities found no evidence of hard drugs, a suicide note, or any visible signs of injury. 

When the body of the married mother of two was found in Wrotham, Kent in the early afternoon on Monday, April 7, a spokesperson for Kent Police said, "At this stage the death is being treated as unexplained and sudden. They are now working to establish the circumstances surrounding the death."

Her death is not being treated as suspicious, authorities added.

Fashion columnist Peaches was the daughter musician Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates, who died in 2000 from a heroin overdose. She was married to London-based singer Thomas Cohen, and they shared sons Astala, 23 months, and Phaedra, 12 months. 

"Becoming a mother was like becoming me, finally," she told Mother & Baby magazine in March. "I am not about to let them down, not for anyone or anything."
