Nigerian soldiers invade Lagos (Palm Groove/Onipan road), set BRT buses ablaze, shoot at onlookers (photos)

Some rampaging soldiers in Lagos State some hours ago set buses belonging to the Lagos State Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) system on fire after one of them was hit by one of the buses in Palmgrove area.
Eye-witness said the incident happened when the BRT driver changed his lane and accidentally knocked down the soldier on a bike.  The soldier wasn't KILLED! As a matter of fact, he made calls after he was hit...the passengers in the BRT bus including the driver tried pleading with him but he was adamant.

Irked by the occurrence, the soldiers touched some BRT buses in sight, shot sporadically, harassed commuters and also smashed phones of bystanders who tried to capture their act.
The development has in the meantime caused a terrible gridlock, with some motorists and other Nigerians discussing the incident on social media.
The mayhem is still on and right now, BRT buses have been set on fire.
The BRT driver who hit the soldier is presently on the run; he allegedly ran into Palmgrove estate in order to avoid the wrath of other soldiers present.

However, upon noticing that the driver ran away, the  Army men ran into Palmgrove estate and  seized one of the Estate’s security men.
According to eye-witnesses, the ‘innocent’ security man was beaten mercilessly.
He was released hours later badly beaten and traumatized.
